Sprout Venture Partners Fund is a SEBI registered Category-I Alternative Investment fund. It has been created to institutionalise India’s active angel investing market and is backed by prominent first and second generation entrepreneurs.
Sprout seeks to invest and work with founders having powerful vision, attentive execution, and resolute ambition to solve problems addressing large markets by building scaleable businesses.

Sahil Gupta
Sahil has over 12 years of experience in Investment Banking and early stage businesses. He spent five years at MAPE Advisory Group advising companies on capital raising and mergers & acquisitions, and subsequently setup online businesses in sports travel and e-commerce. Sahil is an under-graduate in Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore and a MBA from Cass Business School, London.
Sunil Jain
Sunil has over 16 years of experience in Investment Banking. He is the founder and managing partner of Sprout Capital Advisors, one of the leading Investment Banks in India involved in raising capital for early and growth stage companies. He is also an active angel investor. Sunil is a Chartered Accountant and holds a MBA from SP Jain Centre of Management.
Karandeep Goyal
Karandeep has over 2 years of experience in investment research. Prior to Sprout, he worked with Northern Trust Transition Management as a research analyst where he developed trading strategies and risk managed solutions for institutional investors undergoing portfolio restructures. He holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting from Christ University.
